Whilst we are absolutely flattered by this, we also endeavour to make your lives easier by offering a postal repair service.

You will receive an automated email including all the information about your jewellery, a job number, and our address.
Print out the form attached
There will be information included in the email which needs to be printed out and sent with your jewellery parcel.
Send the parcel by Royal Mail Special Delivery
Please make sure you insure your parcel for £2,500. This should cover you in the highly unlikely event your parcel is lost by the courier. This should cost you in the region of £9.

All jewellery is fully insured while it is with us and covered when posting back to you.
Please note that we require an admin fee of £15 in the event you do not wish to proceed with the quoted repairs.
This covers a small amount of our time, and the postage fee to return your jewellery to you.
